Refund policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for our products as they are made to order upon purchase, just for you. Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, made to order, print on demand, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Refunds and Cancellations

We will not process refunds, and all sales are final.

Each item is made to order with you in mind with the specifications that you have selected at check out. Please double check the items in your cart, the quantities and sizes before processing your order as orders may not be cancelled once processed.
